Villa Rental Policies - Mykonos
Minimum 3 night stay is required for Low & Middle Seasons, 4 night stay for High Season and a week (6 nights / 7 days - week) for Peak Season.
For Low, Middle and High Season, 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is required upon confirmation, non refundable and the remaining balance to be settled up to 1 month prior to arrival.
For Low, Middle and High Season: in case the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the remaining reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
100% of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.

Transfer Service:
Only for guests that book directly with us, we offer complimentary arrival and departure transfers, one per way.
Security deposit:
Αt the beginning of your stay, you will be required to pay a security deposit to guarantee correct use and care of the furnishings, equipment and use and departure conditions. The amount will be withheld from your credit card on the day of arrival, but will not be charged to your account unless there is a claim for damage. The deposit form will be returned one week after the end of your stay provided an inspection has shown that the accommodation has not been damaged and all the conditions of use have been followed. The individual characteristics of the villa may imply specific conditions with regard to the security deposit, which will be defined the special conditions of the accommodation.
The aforementioned is for standard bookings only. If you are renting a property to hold a function, in addition to the venue fee, we will also require an additional damage deposit.
Villa Condition:
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state including the washing of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils etc.; emptying of the refrigerator, the freezer, and dust bins; cleaning the barbecue; and removing rubbish/trash. This is required even though the guest has paid a final cleaning or such a cleaning is already included in the rent. Diles Villas reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
Smoking Policy:
For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the home.
If guests are found to have smoked inside the villa, the full security deposit will be forfeited to cover the costs of cleaning the Air Conditioning System and fumigating furnishings etc.
We reserve the right to pursue the lead guest for any additional charges as a result of having to relocate future guests whilst the villa is being cleaned and fumigated.
Noise and Parties:
Guests are not allowed to make party in the house and/or around the property.
Guests are not allowed to play loud music during their stay, outside the permitted time frames, as determined by local authorities.
In case that the guests disturb public order by noise and do not calm down after the warning, that can be considered a severe breach of the rental contract provisions, in which case Diles Villas are authorised to terminate the rental contract which comes into force immediately, without any prior notice period, and the guest is obliged to leave the villa permanently together with all the persons who stay there within 2 (two) hours, and also is not entitled to demand any refund of the paid accommodation rental price, from Diles Villas.

Diles Villas does not accept any liability for any physical injuries, death, loss or damage to personal belongings, incurred by or occurred to any of our guests, regardless of the cause, during their stay.
Diles Villas does not accept liability or cancellation of the booking, as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strike, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns or with the client’s accommodation or other circumstances as amounting to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God or other similar events.
